Deloitte could see its workforce in Cardiff increase by around 600 over the next five years, in a major boost to Cardiff’s growing reputation as a leading location outside of London for financial and professional services. Between its local practice and its delivery centre, the firm currently employs 870 at three locations in the city centre. But that number will increase to 1,000 over the next 18 months.
