Kellie is Director of the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal and was previously Deputy CEO at Monmouthshire County Council. Kellie is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship in the public space and is currently Chair or the Innovation Advisory Council for Wales and a member of the Science Advisory Committee for Wales.

Kellie yw Cyfarwyddwr Bargen Ddinesig Prifddinas-Ranbarth Caerdydd ac roedd hi cynt yn Ddirprwy Brif Swyddog Gweithredol yng Nghyngor Sir Fynwy.  Mae Kellie yn angerddol dros arloesi ac entrepreneuriaeth mewn man cyhoeddus, ac mae hi ar hyn o bryd yn Gadeirydd Cyngor Cynghorol Cymru ar Arloesi ac mae’n aelod o Bwyllgor Ymgynghorol Gwyddonol Cymru.
