Caroline Thompson is the Head of Partnerships for the Alacrity Foundation UK. The Alacrity Foundation works with graduates to provide practical business training, software skills and mentoring to create the new generation of hi-tech companies. Prior to taking up her position with the Alacrity Foundation, Caroline was CEO of BeTheSpark, a movement in Wales designed to connect like-minded people and to bring together innovation and entrepreneurship in a more visible, simple connected way. Caroline’s passion for supporting entrepreneurship stemmed from when she led the Entrepreneurial Spark accelerators hubs for NatWest in Bristol and Cardiff, and a move away from a traditional banking career.
