Prior to taking up her position with the Alacrity Foundation, Caroline was CEO of BeTheSpark, a movement in Wales designed to connect like-minded people and to bring together innovation and entrepreneurship in a more visible, simple connected way.

Caroline’s passion for supporting entrepreneurship stemmed from when she led the Entrepreneurial Spark accelerators hubs for NatWest in Bristol and Cardiff, and a move away from a traditional banking career.
